Using the cooplus.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

  • United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.
  • Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed under the laws of the UAE.
  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and https://cooplus.ae policies and rules.

2. App Use

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the cooplus.ae.
  • Account Creation: To use the app, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.  
  • App Usage: You agree to use the app by all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.  

3. Pricing and Description

  • Displayed Prices: All prices displayed on the Cooplus app are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
  • Promotions and Discounts: Cooplus may offer various promotions and discounts from time to time. These offers may have specific terms and conditions, such as limited-time availability, minimum order values, or eligible product categories.
  • Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, Cooplus reserves the right to:
    • Correct the price and notify the customer before the order shipment.
    • Cancel the order and offer the customer the option to reorder at the correct price.

Product Description

  • Accuracy: Cooplus strives to provide accurate and informative product descriptions, including ingredients, nutritional information (where applicable), and product specifications.
  • Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect the actual product.
  • Variations: For products with variations (e.g., size, color), the specific details of the selected variation will be displayed.

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate product information on the app. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all product descriptions, images, or pricing.
  • Product Availability: Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

4. Ordering and Delivery

  • Orders: By placing an order, you agree to pay the full purchase price, including shipping and handling charges.
  • Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times and will not be liable for any delays.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply. These charges will be indicated during the checkout process.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Cooplus offers home delivery services across the UAE.

  • Delivery Areas: We strive to deliver to most areas within the UAE. However, there may be limited coverage in certain remote locations. Please enter your delivery address during checkout to confirm availability.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Scheduled Delivery: Choose a preferred delivery time slot during checkout (subject to availability).
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Free Delivery: On orders above AED 150 within 15 km radius .
    • Standard Delivery Charges: Delivery charge of 10 AED will apply to orders within a 15 km radius if the total is below 150 AED.
    • Standard Delivery Charges: Delivery fee of 25 AED will apply to orders delivered outside a 15 km radius.
  • Order Tracking: You can track your order in real time through the Cooplus app.
  • Delivery Instructions: You can provide specific delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., "leave at door," "hand to concierge").
  • Order Changes: You can modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays (e.g., traffic, weather).

6. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and digital wallets.
  • Payment Security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Customers have a 24-hour window to cancel their orders. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used. Please note that it may take up to 45 days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the cooplus.ae, including text, images, and logos, is the property of cooplus.ae or its licensors.
  • Use Restrictions: You may not use any content from the app for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: We make no warranties or representations about the app or its contents.
  • Liability: We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, arising from your use of the app.

10. Governing Law

  • cooplus.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries by the law of UAE

11. Changes to Terms

  • Modifications: We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the app.
  • Continued Use: Your continued use of the app after any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
